What to include

For an account or privacy request, write from the email address on your account where you can — it lets us verify the request without asking you for more personal information than we need.

For a problem in the app, telling us your device, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened gets us to an answer much faster.

Account and privacy requests

To delete your account and data, you can do it yourself in the app — see Data Deletion. For access, correction, or other privacy rights, email us and we will respond within the time your law requires.

A note on medical questions

We cannot give medical, dermatological, or allergy advice, and we cannot tell you whether a product is safe for your skin. Barrier is a cosmetic wellness tool and is not a medical device. Please speak to a qualified clinician about your skin, and seek immediate care if you are having a serious reaction.
